Sales interns will work directly with the Sales Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of the September Spring 2013 market: creating look books and line sheets, assistance in buyer appointments, model dressing, showroom merchandising, order entry, various market research, development of online and print marketing materials, and general administrative duties. As a small company receptive to inspiration and current events outside of the fashion industry, there are no bad ideas and interns are encouraged to think outside the box. At the end of the term, interns should be familiar with the operations of a small emerging fashion brand, problem solving skills, fashion marketing strategies, the process of preparing for market and a better sense of their personal professional goals.
